EAT | DRINK | STAY |EXPERIENCE

While the Gold Coast has its fair share of high school grads gone wild, it’s impossible to go past the 52km of white sands, no-filter needed sunsets, warm waters & endless summer vibe.

There’s plenty of suburbs which shed the kitschy stereotype for blissful beach-y days, surfing, kayaking, hiking, eating and adventure. Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads and Broad Beach are the place to be for family & friends looking to escape the ordinary.

Learn to surf with the pros on the epic breaks of Coolangatta. For land lovers, enjoy beautiful walking trails wind their way around Greenmount Hill to Rainbow Bay – and up the hill to Point Danger, where you can stand with one foot in each state, as you spy the whales swim by. If you get sick of washing off the sand, the hinterland offers a lush subtropical rainforest for hiking and wildlife.
